Warts, calluses: Your description wasn't very descriptive, but the usual problems are warts (verruca) that look like cauliflower, calluses, that are thick and have skin lines or blisters that are filled with fluid. These can all be easily treated. Do NOT use commercial callus remover as it can harm skin.Send us a photo so we can better tell you what's going on.,

Athletes foot ?: Could be athletes foot or dermatitis. These can only be diagnosed visually or with a culture. you probably need to see a doctor for this.

Sores: The first right thing to do is to see your podiatrist. After an evaluation you will have a diagnosis and treatment plan.
