34 weeks pregnant and use alcohol-based hand sanitizer at least a dozen times a day because of my profession. what effect will this have on baby?

Nothing significant: The majority of these preparation have ethanol in gel form with additives that make them unpalatable. Only a tiny amount would be absorbed through your skin and not enough to have a significant effect on the fetus.
