See below: Was the CT scan done with contrast or not?Were delayed films obtained? Hopefully you are seeing a urologist because further workup may be needed to diagnose your pain.If the CT scan was done with contrast and delayed films it may be a non-urological cause.Also you may have very mild UPJ obstruction(uretero-pelvic junction).Good luck.
