D&C: Well it wasn't in her urine but came out of her vagina when she urinated. After a D&C the uterus gets a scab in it as it heals and their also may ne a small amont of tissue left in the uterus. Both of these have to come out and that is what she is seeing. Has long as she is not bleeding heavily like a period or more she is alright. If she is bleeding heavily or has a fever she should be seen.

Yes: you can continue to shed the uterine linning for 7-10 days after DC. if it persist or heavy bleeding I would see the OBGYN. also watch for fevers, abdominal pain (some cramping is expected)
