I have had kidney stones for 2 weeks severe pain passing urine but now my skin is itching is this normal?

No sure But...: Itching is not part of kidney stones to my knowledge. But, besides allergic reaction possibly, there is a possibility of high phosphates and/or high parathyroid hormone levels, both can cause stones and itching. Also, high kidney numbers can result from stones and can cause itching. Would discuss with my doctor to check these if not done.
