I had a iud implanted two years ago but i've never been for check up

Check it your self.: You can check your IUD yourself. Place a finger in your vagina an feel for your cervix. It should feel like a firm knob like the tip of your nose. Then, you may feel for the IUD strings coming through the cervix. If you cannot feel the strings then see your doctor to make sure it's still in place. If it did not fall out in the beginning, it's unlikely it will fall out now.
