I have a sentinel pile &it recently got bigger. it bleeds after each bowel movement from me wiping, i think. do i need to surgically remove it? advice

Need treatment: Sentinel pile is due too anal fissure located at the end of it , symptoms are due to anal fissure . First try local care , stool softeners , high fibre diet , and drink plenty of fluids , most of the time fissure heals , if treatment fails rarely surgery is required.
