Common problem: Costochondritis is a common problem at your age. Since your ECG, blood work and X ray were all normal, it very unlikely to be something more serious than your diagnosis of costochondritis. Follow the doctors treatment advice. If your chest pain gets worse or it is not getting better after several days then get reevaluated.
