Yes .. See MD urgent: If your preg test is positive, then Yes and you could be pregnant. You should see an MD within 24hr. If there is any bleeding at this time u should go immediately to the emergency room. The pregnancy might be small to be confirmed with ultrasound but there are blood test over 48 hr that can confirm if you are still pregnant or not. And yes, Pregnancy test can be positive after pregnancy loss.
