Yes it is a sign.: ADD is a very challenging condition. Without your medication, probably have significant difficulty completing your tasks at any job. I encourage you to seek further psychiatric evaluation and get back on your medication. Not keeping a steady job is stressful, emotionally, financially and eventually physically. I wish you well.
