Get nose checked: There may be deviated septum (in the nose) or nasal polyp or foreign body(although this is usually in children).You need to have a doctor look inside your nose with a scope.Giving you a cause why you can't breathe through your nose would be guessing without physical exam.Good luck

Many causes: Mouth breathing may be due to nasal obstruction. Common cause is enlarged adenoids and tonsils. Do you also snore. Nasal polyps is sometimes another cause.Swollen nasal turbinates related to allergy common cause. Deviated nasal septum another possibility. Some people mouth breathe by habit, perhaps related to previous corrected problem.Should consult ENT physician.
