Two Ideas: First, many people who are allergic to dairy do not react to milk that has been extensively baked like in bread or cake as the protein that you are allergic to is denatured in a long cooking process. You can discuss this with your doctor. Also, often the allergy is limited to Cow's milk, so you can use goat or sheep milk. Some people use soy or almond milk as well.
