No: So it is not common for ECG interpretation to vary that much, that is, one year RBBB and another year LBBB as the etiologies of the two are diffferent. In a young person, a new LBBB, merits an ischemic evaluation and medical followup. A RBBB is more benign. Could your ECGs have been misintepreted or are you sure they are yours? Also, sometimes a BBB can develop at different rates. Go see a cardiol
