What are advantages and disadvantages between dermatopathology and clinical pathology?

What?: Not sure what you are asking. A dermatopathologist is an anatomic pathologist who looks at skin biopsies while a clinical pathologist is a physician who runs a clinical lab. Very different training and jobs.
