Reflux: Feeding in an upright position during and after feeds might help. If bottle feeding, might need thickened feedings, which can be discussed with your pediatrician. If in pain, arching, acting like a sour taste in mouth, then might need reflux meds like Axid or Zantac (ranitidine) to see if it helps with the pain. Again, consult your pediatrician on next steps.
