Context: This is a biopsy result and means nothing apart from the context in which the granulomas were identified. I'm confident I have old granulomas in my TB scar and in a place where a splinter became embedded. Your physician had a pathology course and can help explain this. Often granulomas form around dead stuff or foreign bodies. Best wishes.
