I have discoloration on both sides of my scrotum. i went to the doctor a year ago, the cream he gave didn't do it. what do you think?

Here are some ...: Perfect symmetry in size, color, & texture on both sides of scrotum is impossible,but comes with some variation among men over lifetime. Generally speaking, leaving it alone and doing nothing with it is the most decent advice as long as not hurting with no local induration, ulceration, itch, etc. In life, we have to adopt and adapt to what we got along the course of life.
