Not much difference: Vitamin B12 needs intrinsic factor to work, but in high enough doses, it is passively absorbed. Intrinsic factor is inactive in stomach acid, so u probably get more "bang for the buck" taking the B12 tablets after meals, in the evening, when stomach acid is lowest. But again, if you take a big enough dose, it will probably find it's way in to ur body passively regardless of when u take it. TY4THT.
