Ast: One mildly elevated AST should not overly concern you. However, avoid acetaminophen and alcohol especially together. Statins, a type of cholesterol lowering medication and Anti-inflammatories can also elevate AST. Make these changes if relevant and repeat the test in 3-6 mos
