Do?: There's nothing your boyfriend can do to fix a fracture, be it tooth, arm, or anywhere else. There's lots of things a Dentist can do...that's what all those years of training are for. Please make an appointment.

Ice/motrin: He can use ice packs and motrin or aleve (naproxen) for temporary pain relief but he needs to see a dentist soon.
