Chest Pain: Chest pain is a very serious condition and you should seek medical attention. It may be as simple as heartburn, the pain may be because of inflammation of the lining between the ribs or it could be cardiac related. please seek attention

Costochondritis: Hi. It sounds like arthritis where the rib attaches to the breast bone, called costochondritis. It usually responds to NSAIDs like ibuprofen or naproxen. Good luck!
