Ok to use germolene: cream for itching from scabiers, as it has mild antiseptic and anti itch properties, but it will not cure scabies.For that, It is necessary to use Rx antiparasitic lotions, and since it is hightly contagious, to treat close contacts as well. Some individuals get relief from itching from hydrocortisone cream as well.
