Best to get seen: Diagnosis of such a symptom requires an examination, & is outside the scope of HealthTap. Generally, whenever there has been disruption to tissues from any cause, even a planned procedure performed correctly, there is the possibility of scar tissue. This can cause a 'bump' to be felt in the area affected, typically painless. Pain over the spinal cord months after an LP - please get seen ASAP.
