Imbalance: You may have a middle ear infection or just be orthostatic due to the use of the decongestant (alpha agonist) or the "sinus med" may contain anti-histamine which would be sedating and can cause imbalance.. Keep well hydrated and discontinue use of the OTC med. If imbalance persists, will need to see your doctor. Make sure you are not pregnant.
