Sinus issue: It is not likely that the sinuses are causing this dizziness. You are probably dehydrated drink plenty of water. Are you blowing colored secretions out of your nose? If so, you may have a sinus infection. It is not likely that you have benign positional vertigo. You can check on previous questions regarding that. Good luck and feel better!
