Regular visit: If the "white spot" was examined by a doctor and s/he advised that it was not cancer, you could wait to get a second opinion at you next encounter with your doctor. If the spot has not gotten bigger, is not ulcerated, and is not bleeding, you can wait for the next regular visit with your doctor.
