Right foot drop-no: Not without a special brace that enables you to bring up, or dorsiflex your foot. Worrisome would be if your foot was stuck on the accelerator. Ask your neurologist and explore adaptive mecahisms that would make driving safe. All the best.

Depends: With foot drop or any neurological problems clearance for driving depends on number of factors- how much is the foot drop, which side it is , what kind of car you have. Neurologist usually assesses and gives clearance for it , sometimes an occupational therapist might need to be involved for assessing safety to drive.Consult your doctor for referral to see a neurologist.
