Rectal pressure: Usually would be related to hemorrhoids, occurs in sedentary positions. Can be fissures.or abscess. Constipation could also be a cause. You feel it in your " stomach" because the colon is actually high up behind the stomach.Rarely could be ovarian mass or endometriosis ( more likely back pain). Seek medical attention this week. What is OV?
