No: First off, i would not consider a temperature of 100 a "fever". If he is happy, and otherwise acting normally antipyretics are for your benefit, not his. Since an 11 month old cannot say what might be bothering him, an evaluation by his pediatrician would be in order if the elevated temperature continues, as there are many causes of this.
