Surgery: Unfortunately no medication, exercise, yoga or other maneuver will affect hydrocele. The only effective treatment is surgical operation.

Here are some ...: For most men with hydrocele, its cause is still idiopathic and there has been no known means proven to slow down its growth.And the mainstay of its care is still surgery - hydrocelectomy. For other causes such as infections or tumors, their care should be directed to their underlying causes with appropriate antibiotics and timely surgery. So, there is no easy means to reduce its size.
