This sounds more like a muscle contraction headache.: At this point you need a firm diagnosis whether this is a muscle contraction headache, a sinus headache, a discogenic headache, or a migraine headache. There are some other headaches as well but for your purposes you need a more definitive diagnosis. If you are stressed in your job and workplace it certainly would suggest a muscle contraction headache. If bright lights or loud sound bothers you and you have any visual disturbance such as wiggly lines in your visual field, this could suggest a migraine. A better answer would be go to your doctor and get a definitive diagnosis.
