Hello, i have taken two excedrine migraine pills. it says only 2 in 24 hrs, it hasnt helped at all. anything else i can take or do? its really bad

Triptans: There are several other medications that cann help migraines. In particular, triptans affect serotonin and can abort a migraine if taken at onset of migraine. See specialist to discuss diet, triggers and alternatives such as beta blockers, etc...
