Few causes of such: Common causes of tingling on the hands/fingers are carpal tunnel, ulnar nerve entrapment, and cervical/brachial plexus nerve impingement can cause such symptoms. Diabetes can also do that, but often present in feet first. Some people also feel some tingling/pain to their hands/fingers during a panic attack or even a heart attack. If your symptoms are bothersome, consult doc for an eval. Good luck.
