See primary: Could be cervical radiculopathy giving these symptoms.more serious if any recent trauma or signs of infection or if the headache is worst of life.If not some acute meds and physical therapy if exam normal will help.If does not help then may need some more advanced imaging and referral

Stress: I suspect that stress,tension and anxiety are responsible for most, if not all, of these symptoms. Nevertheless I recommend that you be examined by a physician or neurologist before reaching that conclusion. If it is determined that your symptoms are stress related, stress management coaching and therapy would be very helpful for you. Medications may also be recommended by the examining physician
