Can see Dr. or ER: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work, etc... Over-the-counter pain medications are for mild to moderate symptoms. A bad or increasing headache (like this one), recurrent headache, weird headache, or with other worrisome symptoms must be checked out by one's doctor or the ER.
