Muscle or bone maybe: pain in this area may be muscular pain or pain from the bone. With all of the surgery you have had there can be scarring or other issues that need attention. Your physician can have you see people such as gastroenterology or your previous surgeon, but I can't help clarify the issues you were feeling.
