Let try to help: If the nail got separated or almost separated cut it off, try to see the doctor may you need x-ray you could have fracture in the toe. Keep it clean by soaking it with h2o2 and warm water.

See a doctor: You need to be examined to make sure there is no infection or even the possibility of a fracture from the stubbed toel.
