Zoloft (sertraline): It may take 4 to 6 weeks (sometimes as short as 2 weeks) to get the therapeutic effect of an SSRI when on an optimal dose. See that you also take Tramadol. Don't know how high your dose is. Just be aware that combination of tramadol and zoloft (sertraline) may ^ risk for serotinergic Syndrome. Take care.
