I started taking 25mg of zoloft (sertraline) at night, but i noticed it kept me awake, how should i go about changing the dose to take it in the morning?

25 mg is a low dose: so shift by taking it in the morning if it is causing no other adverse effects. If you wish to be more gentle in the shift it is fine to cut it in half and split it up for morning and afternoon administration the first day and then proceed with taking it in the morning the second day. It is important to take only 25 mg a day until prescriber makes change as this guides TX. Best regards.
