Possibly: An infection is the most likely answer. Less likely would be an allergy to the nickel. You should have her seen by a doctor and her earrings need to be removed

Ear redness, a bit swollen, and fluid in it. Third day on 1g Amoxicillin. Ear still feels clogged, little pain, major dizziness when staying still for a while, lying down, head movements, and noise sensitivity. Is this normal for an ear infection?
