MS: Tysabri (natalizumab) is a well tolerated medicine, infused once monthly. It is clearly the most effective ms drug on the market but has a risk of a life threatening infection, pml. Does reduce relapses, disabiity, and MRI lesions, and seems to improve fatique and depression also.
