Is it possible to see a sac at 4weeks 3days with a negative blood test. (according to my doctor) it could possibly be a sac but my blood test was neg ?

Did you miss period?: If you missed your period before the blood test was done, you are unlikely to be pregnant. You could do a home test in 5-7 days, use first morning urine and follow the instructions carefully.
