Anxiety & Menopause: Yes, anxiety can cause feelings of pressure in your head, and tingling sensations. Your BP appears normal. But feeling warm and/or night sweats are common in menopause. Check with your gynecologist re your hormonal levels, you may be moving into menopause. If so, there are a variety of treatment options. If all OK and just anxiety, see a psychologist for CBT psychotherapy. Good luck!
