LIKELY OK: An MRI with contrast should demonstrate any sizable aneurysm, and really only the larger ones are risky. Suspect you should be reassured by negative outcome, and quite unlikely of your developing an aneurysm at this point, assuming you never encounter issues with systemic infections, endocarditis, or uncontrolled hypertension in future.
