First exclude: a mechanical problem like compacted ear wax. You may need to have somebody have a good look in your ear. Please do not stick anything in your ear smaller than your elbow ! . You can go to the chemist or supermarket and pick up an ear way removal kit and follow the instructions. If flushing out the ear does not help have the doctor take a look (be sure to have your thyroid level checked as well)
