SEE MD ASAP: Your are describing a significant upper respiratory infection, the source of which cannot be evaluated over the internet. Ear infection that is causing deafness needs immediate attention. You clearly have a fever and may be causing dehydration that exacerbates all other symptoms. Whether it is of viral or bacterial origin it must be decided by an immediate visit to an md, ent, lung specialist.
