Many things: The causes of lower abdominal pain is a almost endless list. Appendicitis is the most important cause to exclude. Schedule a visit with your doctor for evaluation. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. Schedule a visit to discuss your irregular periods as well.
