TB: Hi, it seems your friend has something that we call Latent TB, it means he has been exposed to Tuberculosis but his body for now has it under control, he doesn't have active infection so there is no risk of transmission, but there is 5-10% chance that he develops active TB, therefore the treatment with a medication called INH for 9 months is available to prevent activation,
