Not : Bronchiectasis if you are not coughing up the mucus. Probably is post nasal drainage.

Be aware: without a cough bronchiectasis is unlikely. For that matter bronchiectasis is very uncommon in someone as young as you as it is a permanent enlargement of some of the airways of the lung. This either happens from repeated infections or other genetic disorders. Even if this was bronchitis, just inflammation of some of your airways, a cough would be expected.
