Colitis: This sounds as if you have an inflammatory condition effecting your large bowel. This can be infection (don't know what testing you had), inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, etc.). It might help if you were seen by a GI doctor or an infectious diseases expert. Good luck and hope this clears up soon.
